Course Introduction

In a business environment that is constantly evolving and with high uncertainty, companies need to be constantly moving forward and performing at the highest level. However all these are only as good as the plans and the execution of those plans. For any organization, any strategic plan is only as good as the execution. Execution requires the understanding of the strategy and the skill-sets to implement it.

The methodology of this workshop is activity simulation based.
