Course Introduction

Our work results depend on how we communicate and make others feel. However, mastering effective communication has always been one of the most significant challenges for most managers.

Most managers must communicate with various people, from their subordinates and fellow management peers across their organizations to their superiors. As a result, it is usual for them to sound assertive yet caring and empathetic. This is especially true for those in a leadership position to ensure organization values and rules are followed, and disruptive behaviour is stopped.
