CX Excellence for Vulnerable Customers focus on the areas of Disability Equality Training (DET) to equip participants with the knowledge and hands-on techniques needed to foster inclusivity in workplaces, public spaces, and communities.

DRST provides practical training on assisting individuals with learning disabilities, visual impairments, hearing impairments, and mobility challenges.
