What is HRDC and what is its function?

Is the HRDC TTT cert enough for me to be a professional trainer?
The HRDC TTT certification provides a solid foundation, equipping you with essential skills in adult learning, content design, and delivery techniques. However, to excel as a professional trainer and maximize your impact, continuous development is key. Our program builds upon this foundation, offering advanced methodologies, practical experience, and ongoing support to elevate your expertise and launch a successful training career.
Is there any exam?
No, there is no exam but you have to do a short presentation at the end of the course which will be assessed in order to obtain your cert.
How much can I make as a certified trainer?
There is no specific figure of the amount you can make as a trainer. However, in Malaysia, trainers earn between RM1,000 to RM6,000 per day.
Do I have to do anything to maintain my certification?
Yes, to maintain your HRD Corp Trainer’s Accreditation, you’ll need to renew it every three years. This involves accumulating 360 training hours within that period. If you meet the criteria, the renewal process is straightforward. However, if you don’t, you may have the option of Accreditation by Assessment. It’s important to submit your renewal application at least three months before your accreditation expires to avoid any lapse.
