Re-branding 20 MSC Companies In Partnership with HP

Challenge:

Several companies were requesting MDEC assistance to re-brand their products or organization. MDEC released a tender to assist these 20 organizations. HP (Hewlett Packard), working in collaboration with ATCEN submitted and awarded the project.

Solution:

Working in collaboration with MDEC and HP (Hewlett Packard), ATCEN oversaw the branding and consulting training for 20 MSC status companies. The 4-month program involved a 2-day training and a series of 4 coaching/consulting meetings with each of the C-Level team. As a result, nineteen companies completed and awarded by MDEC and HP to re-brand products or their organization. In addition, over 15 of the companies successfully re-design and revamp their branding within three months after completing the program. 2nd Generation Involved with Water Filtration, 2 Year Strategic Transformation

Challenge:

The 2nd Generation has taken over the 35 year old company. As a result, although water-related, many of the products offered were no longer water filtration system. Furthermore, they need a better Performance Management System.

Solution:

We assisted them to redefine their Vision, Mission, Values and Business Revamp and continue to help the organization for three years after that in a wide variety of training and consulting, including re-looking at the new strategies for a 2nd and 3rd year. Year one, Brand new Vision, Mission and Values with Strategy and Measurement. In year two, the focus was to enhance Balance Scorecard Measurements. Along the journey we continued to upskill their people.

Global Technology Company Serving Banks Worldwide, Strategic Journey on ASIA Initiative

Challenge:

The Malaysian Operations is one of their 3-worldwide centers. We have served them for nearly a year when they approached us to look into their strategic proposal for the upcoming year. Since they were on schedule to achieve their regional 5-year targets, Malaysia's diverse multinational team wants to extend their strategic agenda further.

Solution:

ATCEN assisted them with their strategic plan for 2-years. Both years the CEOs were different. In the first year, it involved 15 leaders from the CEO downwards. A 3-prong strategic approach for the organization and mapping of stakeholders This result was cascaded to a 2nd session involving over 60 participants. In the 2nd year, we re-examine the strategy and ensure it is refined for communication to their Board of Directors. In all sessions, many diverse nationalities (Europeans, Americans, Indians, Singaporeans, Japanese, Middle Eastern and Malaysians) were involved.

Challenge:

The new CEO wants to ensure that his team is clear on their strategic direction; the team there requested ATCEN to assist in the facilitation process. We have been serving them in various capacities for at least 10 years prior.

Solution:

We completed a three-day Strategic Plan with the CEO, COO and Heads of the Department. This was done concurrently with consultation with the CEO daily.

Challenge:

The management of the company was seeking new ways to revitalized the company strategy.

Solution:

After a two-day intensive strategic session, we derived a comprehensive Strategic Plan. Six months later, the new CEO from Singapore called Jeremy Lee twice for discussion over a meal to re-look into their business and other further assistance.
