Jeremy Lee supports his corporate clients as a trainer that develop their Leadership, Management and Business Acumen Growth. He also actively conducts Executive Coaching sessions with individuals. He is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), Chartered Global Management Account (CGMA), Certified Accountant (Malaysia), and MSc. Engineering Business Management from Warwick University.

He is also a DiSC Certified Personal Profiler and Human Job Analysis with Thomas International. He was exempted from the PSMB TTT Program and is an Accredited Trainer with HRD Corp. He is also a Master Trainer with Western Kentucky University, an NLP Practitioner and Brian Tracy Certified Trainer. He is also an Executive Coach.

Why Jeremy Lee Trainer?

More than 25 years of strategic and operational management experience. Serving as a Trainer and Consultant for multiple companies, he has trained thousands of individuals in performance management, leadership, sales, negotiation, and communication. In addition, he has facilitated workshops in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Cambodia and China and can handle people from different backgrounds and levels.

Jeremy has owned or still owns College, Film Production House, Recruitment Agency, Restaurant, Construction and Contractor Company, Property, Training Company, Event Management and Technology Firms. Over the years, Jeremy has been involved in numerous contractual deals and agreements ranging from a few thousand to several million.

Jeremy has held a variety of leadership and project management roles in various organizations before ATCEN. He has worked in Accounting, External Audit, Internal Audit, IT, Hotel, Plantations, Industrial Gas, Vacation Ownership, Consulting, Contact Centre, and Customer Experience.

Jeremy was the Senior Consultant with the largest Business Process Outsourcing organization in Asia, Head of Knowledge and Learning Management Division of a listed company, Special Project Manager for a Resort Group, Operation Head in a Resort in the UK, Project Team Leader in a Technology start-up firm with and also an Internal Auditor with a large conglomerate group and External Auditor for several audit firms.

Past Projects

Additionally, he has collaborated with Accenture on a multi-million-Ringgit e-commerce project in the loyalty program industry. He gained the prestigious MSC status for the organization and played a pivotal role in strategic and operational planning, organizational structure, organizational change, and project management. He was also the project manager for the first worldwide ISO 9002:1994 certification for a vacation ownership company. Numerous processes were re-engineered to ensure better sales and service delivery effectiveness and efficiency throughout the project.

In addition, he has personally led and consulted with Banks, telecommunications, and FMCG companies to enhance their Customer Experience. Jeremy is sought-after for his facilitation skills and handling of diverse personalities. He has conducted workshops for over 200 companies (in-house only) and over 2000 days of workshops. Under his organization, they have almost 7000 days of training in 16 years.

He has conducted over 250 days of management-related workshops, from Supervisory skills to Mastering Middle Management. He has also developed long-term Management Development programs for 18 clients with the same participants over at least three programs for up to 15 months.

Jeremy has over 180 days of conducting communication-related programs on communication skills, especially with Managers. In addition, Jeremy spent over 350 training days running Customer Experience related programs.

He has conducted over 50 team buildings and overseen another 38 team buildings undertaken by his staff. These sessions range from 90% indoors to 90% outdoors. In addition, he has launched various teambuilding types in the Kitchen (cook-off sessions), Shopping Malls and around KL in MRT.

Jeremy Lee Trainer has also facilitated many strategic planning sessions with many different corporate clients. In addition, Jeremy has overseen the organization of multiple large conferences related to Non-Revenue Water, Leadership, Sales Force Management, Supply Chain Management, Leading in High Heels, Asia Human Capital Development Conference, and SMEConferences.

He has overseen the training and consulting for one of the large banks in Malaysia for Customer Experience Transformation, which took nearly two years long in which over 7000 bank individuals were involved.

He has also been involved in improving the customer experience of Digi, Amanahraya Berhad, Bank of China, Bank Rakyat, DHL Express Contact Centre, EON, and SP Setia, among others.
