Furthermore, the plan needs to allow for more effective strategic alignment and communication. Using Balanced Scorecard as a tool for our strategic intent towards corporate and individual success. It provides a clear strategic map to all in the organizations as to an organization’s direction in the area of: relationship management, internal processes, financial management and continuous improvement activities.
